I just got home from my postnatal checkup and I am finally cleared to workout! I think I’m going to start with Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred because this is what helped me get back into shape after my first pregnancy. I also bought a stationary bike so I am going to try and do that a couple of times a week. I would love to hear some tips and tricks on how to lose this baby weight. I literally just ate Taco Bell which was probably a horrible decision!
